We are moving to a new online system for repeat prescriptions called "Patient Access" which also allows you to manage your GP Appointments. The current service will be discontinued from Sept 17. Please collect a Registration letter for the new service from reception as soon as possible.
Repeat prescriptions can be obtained by:
*Completing the tear-off slip from your last prescription(place in the box in reception or out of hours in the surgery letterbox).
*By phone (between 9.00am - 12.30pm & 1.30pm - 5.00pm to allow staff time to deal with emergency housecalls and appointments).
*Now online via this website - an initial website sign-up registration is required before this can be actioned.
If you require a 2 month supply for holidays, please note this beside your request.
Please allow 48 hrs for repeat requests to be generated, checked and signed, ready for collection (there will be no change to where you normally collect your prescriptions from unless you notify us otherwise).
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see either a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications.
Please allow two full working days between requesting and collecting your medication.
